The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers

On an international level, Europa Organisation is a member of IAPCO, which brings together professionals specialised in the management of congresses, conventions and other special events on both a national and international level. Only four French agencies are members of this international network whose strict admissions criteria permit it to develop the quality standards of this sector.
IAPCO currently includes around 100 members from more than 35 countries around the world.

The International Congress & Convention Association

Europa Organisation is also part of the ICCA which involves major international specialists in the domains of event management, transportation and logistics. The ICCA has over 850 members from 80 countries worldwide.

Professional trade show organisation

On a national level, Europa Organisation is a member of the FSCEF, which currently has 250 members representing the 3 activities of “professional meetings” combined: organisation, hosting/reception and service.

The Paris Office of Tourism and Congresses

Europa Organisation belongs as well to the OTCP (Office de Tourisme et des Congrès de Paris) which brings together professionals in business tourism throughout the “Ile de France”, the Paris metropolitan area.

Promotoulouse

On a regional level, in Midi-Pyrénées, Europa Organisation is part of PROMOTOULOUSE Midi-Pyrénées, an association of almost 150 professionals involved in the region’s business tourism.
