Peer-to-peer training
LEPF relies on a network of recognised experts, whether or not from scientific societies (associations under France's 1901 Law recognised as being of public utility) to design and deploy, in combination with skills, peer-to-peer training.
These training courses are generally organised in each field on an annual or biennial basis and are concentrated over a period of 1 to 3 days, making them highly valued occasions for the targeted communities.
The aim is to enable participants to:
- Reassess their theoretical knowledge
- Understand and apply the official recommendations
- Develop knowledge and skills on specific themes each year
- Receive training in innovative practices
- Share experiences during formal sessions or dedicated exchange sessions.
In certain cases, the training courses may offer a set of modules with detailed educational objectives, some of which take place simultaneously, allowing each participant to select on site the topics that interest them and thus to build a personalised learning pathway based on their self-assessed needs.
A dedicated website is provided for each training course, featuring the detailed programme, participation details, general information, participant satisfaction rates from previous years, and more. These sites also serve to offer resources (educational materials, videos, etc.) to course participants and their communities.
LEPF entrusts the delivery of its training courses to Europa Organisation, a subsidiary of Europa Group specialising in event organisation.
