Digital platforms
We have been supporting medical communities in their digital development for over 20 years. Our expertise focuses on creating and facilitating community platforms that promote knowledge sharing, continuing education, and the strengthening of professional ties within specialised medical communities.
Creation of digital information
and training platforms
We operate in three key areas: the creation and facilitation of specialised communities through interactive platforms dedicated to healthcare professionals, the production and dissemination of editorial content including educational videos, podcasts, and interactive materials, and the strategic support of learned societies in their digital transformation and community outreach.
In 2024, our digital platforms received over 4 million visits from healthcare professionals across 195 countries, with exceptional growth rates of up to 25%.
In collaboration with healthcare professionals, we set up governance structures tailored to their communities, defining editorial and scientific guidelines that guarantee the relevance and quality of the content disseminated. Our expertise allows us to support medical leaders in structuring their digital communication strategy.
We work closely with the doctors on our various editorial committees to provide them with the most effective and innovative solutions. This collaboration ensures scientific excellence and editorial coherence of the platforms we manage. We facilitate exchanges between experts and coordinate all editorial processes.
Experts in online community management, our team brings together all the essential expertise required to manage an online community – knowledge management, e-learning, digital marketing, website and application management. Every day, we create, develop and strengthen the ties of the communities that place their trust in us, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for professional exchanges.
We oversee the entire content production chain, from conception to distribution. Our team produces thousands of pieces of digital content for the various congresses we organise and for the medical communities we work with (live or VOD session streaming, organisation of live and recorded webinars, round tables, etc.). This expertise allows us to offer innovative formats tailored to the specific needs of each community.
Our digital marketing team develops and implements digital strategies, creates email campaigns, and transforms needs into briefs for graphics, video, and web. We also manage promotion on social media, SEO, SEA and Google Ad Manager, ensuring optimal visibility of content and platforms.
We collect and analyse traffic on our sites to keep our partners informed about current and new practices in their communities. This approach enables us to offer continuous improvement of the platforms and to measure the impact of our actions with detailed metrics and tracking of return on investment.
Professional podcasts
We produce several series of specialised podcasts that have achieved significant success.
The LINNC INR Podcasts offer 3 series of expert interviews available on all podcast platforms.
PCR Podcasts offer three distinct formats, enabling the professional community to access high-quality audio content tailored to their professional needs.
Integrated digital strategies
Our team has developed a comprehensive digital strategy for Encéphale, including the creation of a closed Facebook group for doctors, enabling daily sharing of clinical cases, strengthening social media presence, and enhancing the community's online visibility.
This multi-channel approach has enabled us to surpass the digital performance of competing congresses.
Digital coverage of events
We provide extensive digital coverage of major congresses, such as for ESC 2025, where Cardio-online published daily newsletters, articles presenting recommendations and major studies, as well as interviews with experts at the close of sessions.
These short, incisive pieces provide highly effective summaries and insights into the key moments of the events.
