Development and engagement of medical communities: Know-how
Our unique know-how to help medical communities create and deliver high-impact educational and scientific activities.
A comprehensive and integrated approach
to medical education
Our approach enables us to help and support medical communities in creating training programmes that do not merely transmit knowledge, but truly transform professional practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of care.
Listening to and analysing training needs
Our expertise is founded on an ability to listen attentively to the realities of medical practice. We support our stakeholders in identifying training gaps and emerging needs within medical communities, thanks to our privileged position as a trusted third party and our in-depth knowledge of different medical specialties. This expertise enables us to transform the needs expressed by key opinion leaders into concrete educational objectives and to help them design training programmes that address the real challenges of their therapeutic area.
Facilitation of scientific advisory boards
With our experience of almost 40 years, we have mastered the art of facilitating exchanges between experts and leading scientific boards. Our role as a neutral mediator enables us to create an environment conducive to constructive discussions and to foster consensus, both of which are essential to the quality of the training programmes we develop.
Multi-format content development
Our expertise extends to the creation of diverse educational content: From the organisation of face-to-face courses to digital platforms, including webinars, podcasts and documentary resources. We tailor the format to the content and the specific needs of each audience, guaranteeing an optimal learning experience.
Selection of internationally recognised experts
Thanks to our unique network and privileged relationships with global medical communities, we help our clients identify and select the best experts for each training programme. Our ability to mobilise high-level speakers guarantees the scientific credibility and attractiveness of our educational programmes.
A culture of operational excellence

Educational impact assessment
The educational impact of our training programmes is evaluated through a structured approach combining qualitative and quantitative indicators. We collect feedback from participants via post-training questionnaires, analyse satisfaction rates, and measure the progress of knowledge or skills acquired. Where relevant, we also incorporate delayed evaluations and indicators of transfer into professional practice, to ensure that our training activities genuinely contribute to improving healthcare practices.

Expertise recognised by professional bodies
Our proven expertise in designing and delivering high-impact educational activities is recognised by external accrediting bodies.
Most of these activities are eligible for the recertification of healthcare professionals, both in France and internationally, notably through the awarding of CME credits, EBAC credits, or their inclusion in accredited degree courses.
We also support Qualiopi-certified training organisations in rolling out their activities in accordance with the requirements of the French national framework.

Measurement of satisfaction and continuous improvement
Our quality approach is based on rigorous monitoring of participant and partner satisfaction. We systematically collect feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously adjust our programmes. This continuous improvement approach allows us to maintain our standards of excellence.

Ecosystem of resources for participants
Our expertise extends to the creation of complete educational resource ecosystems: digital platforms available 24/7, knowledge bases updated annually, indexed scientific journals, and certification programmes. These resources allow participants to continue their learning well beyond the training sessions, creating a true continuum of education.
The ViTAL programme : excellence
in trainer development
The ViTAL programme (Visionary Transformative Adult Learning), developed by PCR, represents our most accomplished innovation in trainer development. This unique programme offers a systemic approach to improving the teaching of interventional cardiology, combining continuing education and peer evaluation.
ViTAL Training offers two complementary components:
- ViTAL Focus : In-person seminars organised prior to the events to help trainers design and lead their sessions
- ViTAL Library : virtual library of more than 70 video training modules, freely accessible to over 1,300 registered doctors
The second pillar of ViTAL offers a scientific evaluation of teaching performance carried out by peers according to criteria validated in andragogy. The "PCR Teaching Assessment Board" analyses evaluations and provides personalised feedback with suggestions for improvement, thus creating a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement in teaching quality.
