Since 1987, our mission has been to encourage and advance the sharing of knowledge and expertise by fostering meaningful connections between healthcare professionals and all stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
A Success Story Spanning Almost 40 Years and Still Unfolding!
Today, as members of Europa Group, the 250 employees of Europa Organisation, through the company’s five brands, organise more than 60 congresses each year for various professional communities, in both the health and non-health sectors, and facilitate medical communities that bring together over 160,000 members in France and abroad.

1987
In 1986, a handful of passionate students from Toulouse organised a space-themed weekend that brought together 400 peers. A year later, Florence and Marc Doncieux founded Europa Organisation and organised their first hospital congress.
The company quickly established itself as a pioneer in medical event management; in 1990, it initiated an event in Toulouse with Prof. Jean Marco – the course that would become EuroPCR, now a global benchmark in interventional cardiology.
2000
The 2000s marked the digital shift: Europa launched the PCRonline.com platform, initiating a trajectory in which congresses and digital resources complement one another.
After four years within a large group, the founders bought back their company in 2007 and accelerated its international expansion, from Singapore to Johannesburg, while integrating new hospitality and digital services.
2017
2017 marked a major turning point: Europa Organisation founded Europa Group following the investment by the ABENEX investment fund and the acquisition of the Phili@ group. This structure gradually brings together complementary areas of expertise to meet the information and educational needs of scientific and medical communities.
In addition to its historic congress organisation activity, medical publishing, communication, and training were progressively added—the four main pillars of this group, now the French leader in its field.
2020 - Present
The COVID crisis in 2020 abruptly halted in-person gatherings: Europa Organisation rose to the challenge and, in just a few weeks, designed immersive platforms that enable thousands of professionals to continue to exchange and learn.
Since 2022, the return to in-person events has proven more powerful than ever, confirming the vision of the founders, Marc and Florence Doncieux: « Man will never cease to come together; it is the best way to discover oneself, to learn and to progress ».
