Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Our commitments are at three levels: in our professional practice; in our local societal impact; and in the transformation of the group to which we belong into a Mission-led company.

Environmental impact

Our environmental commitments

Congresses promote continuing education, the sharing of expertise, and innovation, and in this they have a positive impact on our society. However, we are aware of their environmental impact and are committed to making them more sustainable.

We are committed to working alongside you to organise responsible and high-performing congresses according to four main areas of action:

    Image Accompagner
    Supporting you

In your objectives to reduce your carbon footprint, by seeking the most suitable technical solutions.

    Image Achat responsable
    Supporting a responsible procurement policy

We favour certified, accredited, or local providers, with regular evaluations of their environmentally responsible practices.

    Image Green
Reducing travel and promoting soft mobility

We prioritise train travel for our teams, promote public transport among participants, and develop tools for remote participation.

    Image Responsable
    Practising responsible and reasonable consumption

Reusable equipment, combating waste, elimination of single-use plastic, locally sourced and seasonal catering, systematic waste separation, etc.

Local impact

Our local social commitment

A founding member of the Le Cœur des Entreprises collective in Toulouse since 2022, we enable our employees to undertake solidarity initiatives with partner associations working for the benefit of the most vulnerable in the Toulouse area.

The promise of Le Cœur des Entreprises?

« Giving everyone the opportunity to act locally for a more humane, more united region ».

Sustainable impact

On the path to becoming a Mission-driven company

In 2025, the group committed to pursuing the path towards becoming a Mission-driven Company (Société à mission – a legally recognised status in France). Europa Organisation, like each of the Group’s subsidiaries, will be directly affected. This ambitious, voluntary and sincere approach is a testament to our sustainable commitment to a growth model that is profitable for all, responsible and beneficial.
