- Cancellation 45 days before the event: Partial refund – 50% of the registration fee
- Cancellation less than 45 days before the event: No refund

Access period
- Registration under a training agreement: Registration must be completed exclusively online. The training agreement must reach us signed no later than 11 March 2026. We encourage you to check the internal contracting deadlines of your institution/company.
- Individual registration: Online registration is open until the day before the training; after that, you may register on site.
